The whole window has a very Irish feel about it. The Irish are wonderfully friendly unless angered for some reason, then watch out. That seems to be the message on the sign.

Perhaps too the sign is to demonstrate to neighbours that this business is trying to stall any noise complaints and should be credited for doing their best.
