So many of the homes in the Annex neighbourhood have these wonderful turrets. Can you imagine how magical it must be in those rooms with the little round corner?
I had a turret apt in Philadelphia years ago. YES! Magical to sit inside the circle surrounded by curved windows. I used to close my eyes and reflect that it was the same sun striking me as Hawaii. Got to the point where I 'went to Hawaii' every afternoon in my mind. I visualized it so powerfully for so long that I moved there for 30 years! Turrets are magical

I have always liked these, and I was actually born in one, the hospital (small town) had the operating table in one.
