When I was visiting the Bloor Yorkville Ice Fest I spotted this fellow off in the park removed from everyone enjoying his cigarette. Even when some kids ran past him there was no reaction. I love the feeling of mystery about him.
He's waiting to meet his secret contact. The cigarette and dark glasses (and hint of a shirt) are his identifiers. He's freezing his butt off but knows what he's doing will save the free world... (Now isn't that more interesting than thinking he's a dumb smoker ruining his health?)

I just can't imagine anyone enjoying a cigarette. He certainly won't enjoy the side effects.
