From what I've seen of our Nuthatches they prefer to be upside-down rather than right-side-up. Lovely little beings.
And I just wrote about them!
The Nuthatches and Chickadees hang out here all winter and seem to spend time together. Always enjoy seeing them.

Nuthatches must have real powerful toes to hang on like that.
