On The Corner
The city is finally relaxing the rules about laneway houses and so it is probably just a matter of time until this funky building on the corner of two laneways is renovated. Add new windows and a roof deck and it could be a great location. I like how the building was constructed with the corner cut away to avoid being hit by vehicles as they attempt to turn what is a tight corner.
I wonder what it was.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteIt will be nice to see the building renovated. It looks like it may have been a garage? Enjoy your day, have a great new week!
This has all kinds of possibilities.
ReplyDeleteOne can see that many changes have already occurred to this building. Who knows what its future holds?
ReplyDeleteInteresting photo project to follow up on Pat.
ReplyDeleteThat would be a neat loft apartment.
ReplyDeleteA building waiting for some creative ideas to change its look.
ReplyDelete...it could look GREAT!
ReplyDeleteI Hope. Do IT will be renovated soon.
ReplyDeleteUh-huh. Looks like someone had had some experience getting clipped. :-)
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it's had some history. Nice to know it may have a future, too. That bright yellow bollard seems to insure protection if the cutaway wall doesn't do the trick.
ReplyDeleteGosh that would be a tight squeeze driving down the lane, can just see myself ricocheting from side to side 😁 You'll have to keep an eye on this one Pat ✨
ReplyDeleteA mechanic's shop, I assume, it was.
