Just down Dundas St from last week's mural tribute to front line workers I spotted this wise owl on the side of an old building. The laneway it was along was so narrow that I couldn't get more than a bit of the mural at a time into a shot so settled for this pic from across the road. The artist is Smoky whose work I have shown a lot. The building itself looks intriguing with its original windows and what looks like a bar with a lot of character on the main floor. Not that bars will be open here for a long time yet.

Hello,
I love owl, even mural owls. Great find!
Take care! Enjoy your day and have a great new week!
Oh he is fabulous Pat, it's so tricky when these huge murals are down narrow lanes, you got an excellent shot despite that. Love owls 💜
A wonderful mural!
I like the way it goes up the side of the chimney
Have a great week!
...murals like these are tough to photograph to say the least!
That is cool!
I love owls so of course I love this mural. I love the way the artist extended the mural up and over the chimney.
A great mural, so vibrant.
What a fantastic mural, great find Pat.
What a fine, creative mural incorporating the chimney in the design. Great find.
It's certainly a very colourful owl. Great work!
The artist's did a good job. He even took advantage of the chimney.
I really like how colorful the owl is. I was just surprised how pointed and scary the owl's beak is. Guess there are lots of owl varieties, and this one is different from ones I'm used to.
That's a very beautiful mural and a classic old building. I wonder if most bars will be able to survive the pandemic.
You all have the most amazing murals.
What a hoot! But seriously, I think it's awesome.
