Finding A Place To Practice

While walking along a roadway that runs beside a railway track I could hear music and soon came upon this fellow playing a tuba. He was in a lot being used for construction storage and looked quite comfy having brought a blanket to sit on. I assume he lives in one of the nearby houses or condos and needed to find a place to play without disturbing others.

...a cold lonely spot.

Now that is something you don't see every day.

Tuba players have to practice somewhere, and this looks like a good spot. I would have also stoped to listen.

Hello,

I wonder if someone complained about his practicing. I hope he is warm!
Take care, have a happy weekend!

There's little glory to be had playing the tuba.
Used to be a man who practised the bagpipes under a road-bridge near here.

He found the perfect spot Pat.. you need a lot of puff to play one of those 💛

That's thoughtful of him. Brass instruments can be rather loud!

There is something special about music outdoors. And you can adjust the volume by moving closer to it or moving farther away.
Have a blessed day!

That seems likely.

I wonder if the construction people knew what they missed.

I spotted a bagpiper not long ago also--ahem--social distancing, too.
