There is yet another laneway house being constructed in a lane near me. There had been a double garage here before and it looks as if there will be a single parking space included in this structure. They were in the middle of insulating when I took this. I will follow the progress and see if a tour can be arranged when it is finished.

Looks like the city is not wasting a spacing for house. I just checked out the cities web page about Laneway Suites. Very interesting and productive project.
Interesting to see laneway housing being built. Good they are installing good insulation. That will not only reduce HAC costs, but also be good for the environment. Look forward to seeing progress.
