The back of yesterday's Fiat gives us a little info on the car. It is a Fiat 500L and the Italian sign up in the window says that it is a 1971. It is in great shape for a 50 year old!

It does look good.
I like to see older cars. They seem to have more personality than the newer ones.
Have a wonderful day!
Beauty!
Oh gosh, it is such a cute car and so beautifully maintained.
Ah yes, this is an original Fiat 500, certainly a special interest auto. It is all the more surprising given the poor reputation for reliability these cars had that it has survived so long. I had a Fiat about fifty years ago and swore I would never have another one. But this car is high on the "Cute" scale. Perhaps it is better art than transportation.
It's so cute and looks great.
While this Fiat 500 is great looking, especially with its snazzy paint job, it is not much of a car. It is powered by a two cylinder motor of 499 cc (thus the name 500) producing either 18 or 21 horsepower. When operating perfectly it has a top speed of about 60 mph + or - a few mph, and will obtain 48 mph in the quarter mile. Read this as slow. It is faster than an bicycle, and slower than any other car except perhaps a Citroen 2CV. It can drive on city streets, but is dangerous on an expressway, and not all that safe for passengers. Careful what you wish for.
...500 Mike must be a little guy to fit in that Fiat! I love the color, thanks for sharing.
Practico y muy colorido Fiat.
Buena noche Pat.
Un abrazo.
Very green.
What a beauty!
Really sweet.
Loved the movie Le Gran Bleu where Jean Reno drove one. And in Tuscany we saw one, too - not in such an amazing shape, though!
Nice to look at but not the car far me.
What a cute car, it looks like it could glow in the dark.
Take care, enjoy your day!
I had a little Suzuki motorcycle of approximately the same color around that time. That certainly is a 70s color!
