I'm into my archives from earlier in the summer to return to thee Exotic Car Show that was on Bloor St W. This is a 1948 Morgan and what a colour that is. Somehow I doubt that it is original.
That bright blue could have been an original Morgan color as they often came in bright colors. The four seat version of the Morgan 4/4 was rare as fewer than 50 cars of this model were built by Morgan in 1948. They are hand built cars on a wooden, Ash, frame and in 1948 were powered by a 1263 cc, four cylinder motor producing about 40 hp giving brisk, agile performance in a light weight sports car. Wonderful photo.

Quite a vibrant shade.
I'm pretty certain that wasn't the original color but it certainly is eye-popping now.
1948 was a very colourful year.

Indeed a beautiful car but the color is sure from now.
What fun! Let's go for a drive!
I remember that show. Glad you came back to it.
What a beautiful car. But I think you're right. I don't think the wheels would have been painted.
Nice, my guess is it was British Racing Green, looks better now
My fave colour!
A weird color it is, on a cool car.
A beaut!
