After crossing the bridge in yesterday's post you find yourself in a totally natural environment in contrast to the grassy park on the other side. This is what this whole area around Black Creek was like when I was a kid and there were no busy roads and no bridge over the creek. It was an area where we all went looking for turtles and frogs and other neat things. Times change.

I am reminded of my childhood.
Good old day eh? Sweet memories.
Good that the park has retained a natural environment. Most parks do everything they can to remove nature.
It looks like a great place for a nature walk.
The two photos remind me of the Blakeney Conservation area near us.
Looks like a cool place to walk on a hot summer day!
Have a great weekend!
Lovely place!
A location where you can still have a nice walk among nature.
Nice memories.
We are so lucky that we had places like that as children! Aloha, Pat
It is nice to take a walk on a dirt path, surrounded by nature.
Take care, have a great weekend!
Yes, times change.
Beautiful meandering path
Nice this is preserved like back then!
Yes time does move quickly, and things change so much. Keeping photos are perfect as are our memories!
