This is the Randolph Theatre which is located on Bathurst St near the Honest Ed's apartment tower construction site which I showed you on Tuesday. Built in 1888, the church was converted into a theatre in 1985 and the Randolph College For The Performing Arts is part of the theatre complex.

...I'm glad that it's not the site of a glass high rise!
A beautiful building.
Great architecture!
Have a blessed day!
That seems like a great second use for such a building.
Innter city churches are now often converted to other uses. A theater is a good use for this historic building.
Beautiful old building.
A great use for this beautiful buidling.
These solid churches from this period are super beautiful inside and have wonderful goose sticks, er acoustics, lol. Thanks for sharing Pat
A lot of churches are converted into restaurants in my area
It's good that churches, with their grand architecture, are preserved in this fashion.
Hello,
It is a beautiful building, I am glad it has found a good use.
Take care, have a great day and happy weekend!
Yes nice for a church to become a theatre.
People have also been known to be converted in churches. 😊
These beautiful places make the best playhouses we have a few around too!
