I have long admired this Art Deco building on Bathurst St that has had a lot of renewal except for those wooden front doors which were in poor condition. I went by recently and the doors have been refreshed and the whole place looks wonderful with really nice details. The building houses studios and offices and I think one living space.

This reminds me so much of a building in my home town. It was built in this same style with the the same light colored brick. I like it.

It would be even better if someone could come up with some good ways to camouflage those gas lines and trash cans.
