Ah, he must be a Canadian enjoying the sun even if it is chilly. This is another sign that spring is not far off.
Getting some sunshine whenever she can
...we enjoyed an unseasonably warm day yesterday too.
Just out of summer here and it is not warm enough to take tops off.

Hopefully, he was just colling off for a bit after a hot ride.
