I'm not really overly familiar with escape rooms but apparently this place has several different kinds. Sometimes the idea of a place to escape to sounds better than escaping from. A quiet relaxing place would do the trick.

I have only seen escape rooms on TV shows, I agree about being in a quiet relaxing place. Take care, have a wonderful day!
...thi doesn't sound like my thing.
We have a few escape rooms in Perth, but I've never been to one. My daughter has been to a few and said they were great fun.
I'm with you on totally on this one. My work team contemplated an escape room as a team event a few years ago. Thankfully, most didn't want it. We ended up with go-carts instead. That had it's own set of challenges. ;-)
There's a couple of them here.
I did it with my pal in the past. It is quite daunting when I cant figure out the clues
I've often wondered about escape rooms and I am relieved to learn that they places to escape from the crowds, noise and bustle on the streets. Do they serve tea?
Not my cup of tea Pat. But your photos are! Aloha
I always thought a quiet place to relax and escape to was called a library. I understand there are places that have rooms where the goal is to escape from them. Perhaps it is the latter?
Oh, I am SO with you! Escape to a peaceful, quiet place, sounds good.
And it´s got nothing to do with getting old. At age 14 I was knitting in my room... ;-)
