Small Foundation
Yet another laneway house is under construction near me. This one looks like it is going to be a small one judging by these foundation walls. It looks like it is the same size of the garage it is replacing. We will have to wait to see.

Yes, a small house, but likely two stories high. I have worked on many Habitat houses that begin with a foundation similar, but a bit larger, than this.

That looks painfully small, Redpat! Please keep at it (I once studied architecture, so this would be interesting. For my diploma I could chose between a very small building gap in East Germany or the old market hall in Braunschweig... certainly I took the small... no, Braunschweig, of course!)
