Retriever

I watched this young woman and her dog in a local park as she kicked a ball which her dog would race to retrieve and return it to start the whole thing over again. The dog was totally into running after that ball!

It's a nice photo of human and animal interaction. Dogs love with all their heart.

When my friend had those golden retrievers, one of them was exactly the same way. He could chase after a ball and return it all day long. I remember how he would just stare at me with the big eyes until I tossed it again.

Dogs have lots of energy to burn.

I used to have golden retrievers and I enjoyed them. They never get tired...I wouldn't be able to keep up now!

Both were getting their kicks.

Good to see both of them enjoying their time in the park. I have always liked Black Labs. They are usually such sweet dogs.

The retrievers do love to fetch, a stick or a ball.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your critter post. Take care, have a great weekend. PS, thanks for leaving me a comment.

It's like a little reminder of how simple happiness can be.

And if you're unlucky that takes all day but it's a very nice photo.

Hello :) Thank you for reminding me of a little short haired Teckel I used to have. Whenever a threw a ball or any of her toys, she would look at me with disdain, as if to say, I'm not going to fetch that. Ha ha :)) It still makes me laugh!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend
All the best

A dog's favorite sport! Love it.

There's a couple here where I live who frequently play catch with their dog on the Palace Green in Colonial Williamsburg. Their dog, likewise, thrives on chasing that ball. :-)
