Finished Renovation
I first showed you this Annex neighbourhood house back in April of 2012 (HERE) when it had been gutted and was undergoing a complete renovation and having some additions done. I recently passed by and was so pleased to se that all of its wonderful 1890s features have been maintained although I'm sure the interior is very modern. I shudder to think what this house is now worth in our crazy real estate market!

A very handsome entrance.
What a difference! Glad they got it again in shape: it is a really beautiful building!
Great piece of architecture.
how nice to see someone pour money and effort into it.
Wow. What a great old place. Oh, I hope the inside isn't too modern ....
I could live there easily.
I'm sure the value is way higher than I could afford!
That is a gorgeous home. I love how complex the design is.
Incredible work, and so wonderful that it's saved!
Fantastic renovation done with taste.
Must be very pricey. They did a great job in restoring this old house.
Beautifully done!
It is an intricate design and structure which makes it outstanding.
I compared the 2 photos... job well done.
It's nice to see these old buildings being fixed instead of removed for new. I can't even imagine how much this one cost to update!
so I would like to live there
Wonderfully completed renovation! It looks great...
Looks like they did a great job.
That is some house.
It looks fantastic! Love that they have kept the original style!
They have done a great job, it looks fantastic!
Ornate with a vengeance!
Ooooooh. This is terrific. I appreciate having interiors modernized but exteriors left intact. That seems like a good compromise between integrity and comfort/convenience.
