The 55cm of snow we got just over a week ago was heavy and hard on some of the trees. It made for a nice effect though on the shrubs along side of a building in the Annex neighbourhood.
It can be surprising how well nature bounces back. I think it's very cold where you are. Not so here, though we did have very high winds yesterday and my walk this morning was crunchy with fallen twigs and branches.

Nice winter photo. No snow in my area, but we do have a storm causing all sorts of trouble, I was without power for six hours today.
It has been the most snow I have seen since 2019.
Heavy snow can be destructive to trees but these shrubs look like they can take it.

We received much less snow. It makes your photo look great.
They got quite a coating.
Wow! This really has ben a week for snow all around the east and northeast.
