I found a laneway with several garages painted in this style although all with different colour combinations and patterns. They seem to discourage the taggers. There was no artist info.

It sure is colorful, and it takes a few minutes to really see it. I conclude that I like it.
That would make quite a nice painting. It made me think of the artist Miro.
I like the colors, but I don’t know about the technique. It looks unfinished to me.
