Be Kind To The Trees

The smaller trees can get damaged by people locking their bikes around their trunks so the U of T tries to keep them safe. Unfortunately there are not enough places to lock a bike safely in many areas.

University of Toronto, it seems. I'm surprised there aren't enough bike parking facilities.

Glad to see the trees being protected. On one of my trips to London, I remember seeing a space near a college to park bikes. It was a huge space and it was full of bikes.

It is sad that a sign like this is even needed. You found a good one for Tom's blog.

They need some of the arty bike racks that you photographed through the years.
