A Neighbourhood

Trains through the mid town area of the city are something that one becomes accustomed to but some of the new condos being built are right beside the tracks and residents must really hear the trains. I liked the style of this mural by Erin McClusky.

On the wrong side of the tracks?

I guess that's what happens when land is at a premium.

I like the soft colors on this one. You are right about the trains. They must be heard.

Quite a nice and soft mural. Can't be nice living next to the train lines. Thanks for participating in Monday Murals Pat.

That is a fine mural reflecting its neighborhood with the train, power lines, and condos. Perhaps the residents who live near the tracks stop hearing the trains after a while. Thank you for your kind comment today.

I guess with good insulation and double glazing, it would probably be ok We have trains running a few metres from people's apartments and it is not problem. I like the mural very much.

Many here live right at the trams-line, RedPat. Must be annoying!

That sounds hard to get used to.
