Affordable and Green
This small apartment complex was built a few years ago using green and sustainable methods. It was built on city owned land to be affordable and supportive with things like a library and pet area to help with service animals for those who need it. It has been well maintained and looks great don't you think?

Affordable and green is a great combination. Affordable housing has become rare these days. I've worked with Habitat to create as much affordable housing as possible. It is always in short supply.
I think it’s great that some things are dome to help others.

This building looks great. Affordable housing is needed most everywhere, these days.
It does look well maintained, and I like the idea of it being like a small community.

I sure like the green idea, RedPat but... I miss balconies!
They are much nicer than the many high-rise blocks that seem to be going up.
