Happy

 

On yet another dreary day here it was nice to happen upon this smiling face in the playground of a school. Playgrounds are so colourful these days.

Cold Playground

 

It wasn't surprising that no kids were at this playground on a recent cold day. The plastic equipment would have been cold to touch. The colours were a standout in the snow though.

Orange

I loved the look of this climbing apparatus spotted in a playground. If I was a kid I would have been on it in a flash.

New Playground

This small playground has been finished and open for about a month now. It was built on the site of what was a small neighbourhood grocery store. I think a developer built it in exchange for some exemptions on a project somewhere else in the area. Every time I have gone by there are lots of kids but this day at lunchtime it was empty so I stopped for a pic.

Fun At The Park

 These wonderful play structures were spotted at one of our downtown parks. Those buildings/climbing things look like so much fun to me. I loved the wee kid running off at the bottom left.
