A Mid-town Church

I was running an errand in the mid-town area of the city and passed by this wonderful stone church on my way so made a point of stopping on the way back. This is St Clement's Anglican Church and the building was finished in 1925 after the congregation had outgrown its original small church. Apparently there are 27 stained glass windows but of course the church was all locked when I was there.
Taking place in Inspired Sunday. Click HERE to see more religious buildings from around the world.

Very handsome traditional stone church. Too bad it was locked when you visited.

I really like stone buildings, they look as though they truly belong in their surroundings.

Nice one Pat. The stone work is special.
PS: I am really looking forward to day when you find the doors unlocked. ;)
