The Eastern Grey Squirrel comes in two colours - grey like this one and black like most of the squirrels I have shown you before. They are the same species and even within one litter there can be a mixture of colours. In Toronto it seems that the black ones outnumber the grey but that is just my personal observation.

Lovely animal and great shot.
in Poland we have only red squirrel
This one looks like a well fed little fellow.
That's a really healthy looking chap. So many squirrels over here look a bit skinny and have tatty, spindly tails.
Hi Cutie! (The squirrel is cute too )
Grey is a bit too mouse-ish for a squirrel..
Nice guy, and what a thick tail !
Such a fluffy tail!
They very cute! We have mostly little scrawny brown squirrels with little scrawny tails. Although we also have some fox squirrels that are brown and black and have a long, full tail. They look something like a fox.
They look like the greys we have here. There are several living in the trees opposite my house
Got both here and an albino discovered within the past day or two.
Hello, pretty shot of the squirrel. The grey squirrels are the only kind I see here. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!
so cute.
Such a little darling! Mischievous though!
I have seen a black one over here although they are usually grey, I'd love to see the red's make a comeback but very unlikely...
The gray squirrels definitely outnumber the black ones here, because I have never seen a black one!
I can't get over the size of their tails Pat, almost the same size as their bodies :) Cure little critters aren't they!
una gran foto de la ardilla !!!
