Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Angel Cafe is found on Dundas St near city hall. It specializes in desserts especially Japanese cheesecake but what sets it apart are the servers who dress in French maid outfits and also do performances. Sounds intriguing but I haven't been there.

I'd like to know all about Uncle Tetsu. Evidently we are interested in some of the same things, like servers in French maid outfits and Japanese cheesecake. Actually, I've never had Japanese cheesecake but I'd sure give it a try especially if it was served by the aforementioned servers! Cute place! :)
...international angels!
Cheesecake would be enough to draw me inside.
That is a great sign. I would like to check out their food. Could be fine.
Interesting!
I do like Japanese food!
I might have to do some research to figure out what a Japanese cheesecake is like. There is a "sweets" store at the Fashion Island shopping center in Newport Beach California that specializes in Japanese sweets. I stop in every year when I visit to pick up some Japanese style chocolates. They are all fruit filled which I really like. But, it's really fun to look at all the other interesting things they have for sale there. I've never noticed any cheesecake though. I'll have to look for that this summer when I'm there.
Nice and lovely sign, Pat, typical Japanese with this pink color...
Intriguing indeed.
Hmmm very curious about this place....being half Japanese myself. I had to look at their menu....it looks really good!!
How unique. Cheesecake and angels in one place … two of the sweetest things!
Sounds a bit strange but who knows.

Cheesecake would get me in the door. What a fantastic sign.
Big sign.
so which is sweeter? The cheesecake, the French mads or the angels?

I've seen Uncle Tetsu's in Union Station - but no French Maids ;)
SO Japanese 😊
Everything about Uncle Tetsu's sounds intriguing Pat 😊
Very interesting! Once while in Tokyo we had dinner in a Russian restaurant. The food was really good, and the servers all wore traditional Russian folk clothing.
Oh yes very interesting!
