Usually Chickadees are perfectly groomed but on a windy day it is hard to keep the feathers in place. This little guy was dealing with wind and chilly temperatures so the feathers are a bit puffed up and out of place. They are such sweet and friendly birds and always a treat to see.

What a cute wee bird. Hopefully the hair fell in to place. :)
Always liked Chickadees. They stay around here all winter and are often seen with Nuthatches,
They're such cute, sweet little birds, ruffled feathers or not.
