Spadina House

Spadina House is a historic mansion now operated as a museum by the City of Toronto. It is the next door neighbour of Casa Loma and shows various styles of architecture from the 1860s through to the 1930s as various additions took place. The interior decor shows it as it might have been in the 1920s and 30s. It was open with free admission during Doors Open and I will show you a few interior pics over the next few days.

Isn't it an extraordinary piece of architecture Pat, the roof configuration is astounding. Cannot wait to see inside, do I feel a bit of Art Deco in the mix šŸ’™

Lovely photo of this grand, old mansion. Image what life was like living here. Life here must have been filled with servants.
