A Helping Hand Up

This cool handrail was spotted on Spadina just south of Casa Loma. I love its style!

Looks like the guy was drunk when he installed it.

An Art Deco handrail, that is super cool Pat, well spotted!
P.s. we are lucky in that our heat is mostly dry heat, occasionally it gets humid if there's any rain about but at this time of the year that's not often ✨

Hello,

I like the design too, I am always thankful for the handrails.
Enjoy your day, wishing you a happy weekend!

It is very stylish and quite handy too. I would put it to good use. These days I'm pretty careful about using a handrail on stairs.

It's a nice design.

Great design and find, Pat. I know I would be holding on to it going up those stairs. You know the stairs would be slippery this time of year.

Having a hand rail is always a good thing! All stairs should have them.

Nicely done and more welcome now than in the (my) past.

The Deco design really is cool. Good catch.

Much more stylish than the usual!

That IS a nice one. I've entered into that age where handrails have suddenly become a good idea.

Thought separates art from mere utility

Indeed a nice design. Only cold at the hand and a bit sharp.
