Save The Whales

I spotted this painted utility box in the Annex neighbourhood and was happy to see it bringing attention to such an important cause as saving the whales. The artist signature says Alexart. I will show you the other side tomorrow.

Taking part in Monday Murals. Click HERE to see more murals from around the world.

The whales need all the help they can get. They are on the brink of extinction.

The is a worthy cause, and a beautifully painted mural. The Orca population is struggling due to a decline in Salmon, their major food source. Interesting subject given how far Toronto is from the Northwest coast.

They certainly do need a bit of help Pat, I hate to even think of these beautiful creatures being hunted and killed ✨

I hope the utility company appreciates it. It's an improvement over the olive drab, or whatever.
