Closed For The Season

This gate was spotted at the Sunnyside Bathing Pavillion at Sunnyside Beach. It was built in 1922 as a place for bathers to get changed but these days during the summer it has a cafe and is also a place for weddings and other events. It closes for the winter. I like the gate.

I'm fairly sure I've seen the building passing by.

It's a little chilly for bathing these days. I can see why it would close for the season.

It appears to be a very interesting building. I like that gate too.

1922 and everything is still in good shape.

The gate is still looking good for its age.

Not so sunny up there in the winter, huh? :-)

It is quite a fence with so narrowly spaced-out columns.
