There are some beautiful large homes in the Yorkville neighbourhood but in the oldest section there are some pretty smaller homes like this pair of semi detached ones. It was built around 1875 and was probably brick like its neighbour to the right but I don't mind the stucco at all.
Happy Groundhog Day to everyone!

It's beautiful.
Wow... 1875 and it's still standing!
That is indeed a fine looking two flat building. I also don't mind the stucco, but I do like the brick better.
A very nice house. No more winter, please...!
Is there a more private back garden?
Such interesting architecture. Greetings!
The building looks magnificent
That has character.
What a beautiful building.
I wonder if it originally was just one big house.
Hmm, I think Punxsutawney Phil may be taking a Florida vacation this week. :-)
Beautiful house for 2 families.
It's very ornate. I think I prefer the brick next door. Stucco is fine if it's kept nicely painted.
I love older houses, but they are so expensive in Toronto.
