Balconies
I love the balconies on this old house which is up near Casa Loma. It is good to get out for shots of homes before the leaves come out on the trees so I took this one a few weeks ago. I like the details up around that top balcony. This is a very expensive area so this house would be pricey.

The balconies, and whole house for that matter, might be expensive to maintain, but if you can afford the house in the first place, I guess it doesn’t matter.

It always was a "must" to have a balcony for me. In this house we are the only ones (the pre-owners fought hard to let it have built).
Funny enough the surrounding houses all have balconies and most of the time I am the only one using ours!!! Even in summery, hot days!
