Careful Walking
This another shot of the fountain in Mirvish Village. It is activated by pressing a button over by that wall on the right. I can foresee lots of unsuspecting people getting wet while standing near the fountain when the sidewalk spurts up suddenly around them.

Could be fun to hang out and watch.
The surprise of water jets might not be so bad in the heat of summer, but would be most unpleasant in the chill of fall weather. This seems like a questionable design for this plaza.
