It seems that all the little dogs dress to go out in the cold these days - never did when I was a kid. The little guy in the back here actually has 2 layers on and even a hood. They are both wearing orange balloons on their feet to protect against the salt and ice-melters which are liberally sprinkled about on our sidewalks during the winter. We are all waiting for spring!

They do everything to go for a walk with their human family. ;-)

My dogs never had any of that stuff. I am wondering where the owners got the idea of orange booties. They are dogs! Not dolls!
Makes me wonder how they feel about all those coats and sweaters.

Pets in style! We have jackets for our dogs but neither of them like them and certainly won't keep their booties on!

The feet protectors are a good idea, but I do wonder about the coats. As you say, how did they manage in the past? Pity they can't speak to tell us what they really want.
