Looking West On The Edge

It is still raining here most of the time (remnants of Hurricane Sandy) so it hasn't been good for getting pics which gives me an excuse to share some more pics from the lakeshore. This pic was taken turning around 180˚ from yesterday's pic and shows some of the many condo buildings along the shores of Lake Ontario and if you look closely on the left side you can see cranes which are being used to construct more. The wonderful white bridge is the "Humber Bay Arch Bridge", a pedestrian and bike traffic bridge that spans the mouth of the Humber River as it empties into the lake. More on the bridge tomorrow!

I'm sick of the gray skies! Nice to see what blue looks like. :)

Great shot, love all the hues. Fabulous bridge - can't wait to learn about it.

Good to see lots of bird life on the lake so close to so many buildings.

Lovely shot.

(And we don't have a Sandy to blame for our grey weather!)

What a pretty bridge! The water looks so blue. I'm sure the view from those condos must be spectacular.
