Zodiac Heads In Pool

This shot is to give you an idea of how the Weiwei Zodiac heads are positioned around the perimeter of the reflecting pool in front of City Hall. In the winter this pool becomes a very popular skating rink which is hard to believe when the temps are hitting into the low 30˚C. I'll show a couple more close-ups of some heads for the next few days.

Would love to see a skating shot this winter too.

Gorgeous reflecting pool, those arches rally add a nice touch, and I see they are lit so it must really be delightful at night.

Super overall pic Pat..I'm still trying to get my head around all that extra weight on top of a car park!

They are certainly located in a beautiful setting.

The perfect place to show them off, be interesting to see them again when the water has turned to ice!

Thanks for the heads-up! Love the arches and the heads. But before I get ahead of myself (boy, wouldn't that by funny - a head of myself?) I should say that I would love to ice skate on that frozen water, although I'd probably fall on my donkey because I haven't skated in years!

Just the right angle for that shot.

I want to see these - had to check to see how long they would be here before heading out (haha)

Oh another terrific perspective!

All that is over a parking garage? Wow. Water is itself quite heavy. That must be a specially reinforced garage.
