Happy On The Street
Another pic from my archives, this was a warm day at the end of September in Kensington Market on a Pedestrian Sunday when the streets of the market are closed to cars. There was something intriguing to me about these two, they looked like they were from another time and looked so happy and quite pleasant. Their music was also pleasing and if you look closely, they each have little cymbal things on one foot and she has a horn instrument of some kind on top of the accordian. They just sat there singing away to the crowds walking by - priceless!

What an amazing afternoon that must have been. They certainly enjoy what they do! Great photo too.
It's the 1970s all over again.
They are a cute pair!
Happy indeed!
This is great!
I'd call it a 'two person band'. They should have the cymbals on their knee to click together. Ah... September. So far in the rear view mirror..
Great, a happy couple of musicians !
They both look obliviously happy!
Turn up the volume. :)
I can hear the music!

really does evoke a simpler time!
Quite a pair!
Very cute. Look like a hippy couple from the 60s!
The buskers look interesting especially their decrated shoes....
Priceless is the right word I think. And happy! But what's that yellow ball on the shoe? :-)
Polka?
Cute couple!
Spreading happiness and joy :)
How cute are they! This is a great shot.
Her socks are fun.
I think they are from the 1970s. So, you aren't venturing outside much these days are you? Bundle up and stay warm. I don't want you to get sick.
Looks like good times. Just think, music in the open air in only about four months away.
Both can sing and play two instruments? Cool. I love her socks. :))
I guess they are quite good... A warm day of September would be useful today!
Sometimes our postings should come with music.
I hope they do well!
Haha! The seventies for sure Pat.. A very good year :)
Yeah - reckon they're happy enough! Do you think they're on something?
I like music on the street !!
