Coming Soon?

I showed you the large Foundry Lofts building on the old Canada Foundry property a couple of weeks ago and this is one of the smaller factory buildings on the property. It is in the process of being restored and plans are for a brew pub and an upscale coffee shop to open here to serve the large population of people living in this area now. It looks like a lot of work is left to be done but it will be great when finished and the fence comes down.

Oh, yes … definitely worth restoring. With the gorgeous brick and architecture, it looks like it could withstand a lot and be fun to visit.

It seems even in your world brew pubs and coffee shops are a hit, same as here. It's a lovely building to me, and I'd be right there at opening day!

That building looks big enough for more than just two businesses. I wonder if more will join the group.

I like seeing old buildings such as this getting a new life rather than be torn down. You'll have to show us the finished project.

I've seen a lot of these old building repurposed and they've turned out to be quite elegant. I'm sure that will be the case here, too!
