PanAm Murals Part Two

This is the second of the wonderful murals that are on display at City Hall during the PanAm Games. The artist for this one is Smoky. I'll show you the last one next Monday.

Ciel - Smoky is from Brazil but lived in Chile for a while and Shalak from last week's post is from Chile. They are husband and wife.
