Yes... frigging COLD.
Yes, they do look great and very cold to sit on. If the sun shines on them in summer bet they get too hot to sit on too. Wonderful reflections.

Those chairs and tables look like a setup for a face-off between the leaders of the world in some James Bond movie. Very cool and probably very cold about now!

Great looking but you are right too cold in the winter. Of course, they would have the opposite problem here in the summer.
And heat seats in the summer.
Great reflections in those windows. I could also give the cold, steel seats a pass this time of year, but they are fine looking, better for photo images than sitting just now.
