Tilted
This is a shot of the restaurant, Via Vai, whose seats and tables I showed you yesterday. I love the tilt of the whole place and all the glass which enables you to see the wonderful artwork inside. The large fresco as well as other smaller pieces were done by Italian artist Sandro Martini and were part of the public art component required by the city in new large developments. I will have to go inside one day to get some pics!

What kind of food Pat? Italian? I like the building.
That is a very impressive looking place. I'd have to give it a try if I were there or it were here. In fact, I think it would fit into Phoenix very nicely.

This is unique, Pat !
Odd but interesting.
interesting architecture
A nice fresco for an amazing building. You probably already know that 'via vai' in Italian means coming and going...
I wonder what it looks like AFTER you've had a few drinks?
Didn't they have a level when they built it?
This is quite extraordinary! I'd probably try to walk through one of the glass panels. Hope you get a chance to get some photos inside of this place. In fact, why don't you have dinner there this evening? :))
profound.
Wonderful new development! It's stunning!
Kind of makes me tilt just looking at it.
This is getting better and better! Love it, modern architecture at its best IMO!
really neat.
Well done the city re the art work...
Goodness it's an amazing piece of architecture Pat, fabulous for reflections :) It's not often you find the public art component on the inside of the building.
