A Sunny Courtyard

This was one of my candidates for the theme pic for 'Look Down'. It shows one of the courtyards at the Veterans Centre at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on a hot and humid afternoon. Too hot for anyone to be out there but a nice view from an upper floor.

What happened to the tree?

Now that looks like a cozy place to lunch and read a book!

I'm wondering what Tom wondered - about the tree? And also I'm wondering how hot was it? It appears to be a really nice place to take a break.

That is a fine looking courtyard on a sunny day. Like the angle from which your photo was taken.

If those chairs are metal they would be a bit 'ouchy' on a hot day Pat :) always love red umbrellas!

A great runner up. Though I wouldn't want to be out there in the heat of the day.

Now, this is a lovely scene to look out and see from your office window, bedroom, or waiting room. It is so peaceful and well laid out. That has to be the loveliest Veterans Centre anywhere around. genie
