A Mid-City Paddle

You can take paddling lessons and rent a kayak right in the city along the Humber River and even though the temperature is cooling off they are still open. It looks intriguing but with my luck I would end up down at Lake Ontario and need a tow back. The bridge in the background is carrying Bloor St across the river.

I'm with you and would probably end up in Buffalo!

Oh, neat! I've never been in a kayak.

This is supposed to be very good exercise however, I won't be attempting it. It's fun to watch though.

Looks like fun on a reasonably calm river. Great shot with the bridge in the background.

A good looking spot to cast off from.

It probably helps to know how to paddle if you're going kayaking. :) I like the bridge in the background too, it gives a nice perspective.

No paddlers on the river near me at least of yesterday. River's too high and running too fast.

I cannot swim so I stay away from small boats, but I do enjoy seeing them paddling along.
Have a great week!

That would be fun! I'd like to take my paddle board there instead of a kayak though!
