The pond in yesterday's post was the summer home for a family of Canada Geese who had 6 babies. The family liked to exit the pond to graze on the grass along Davenport Rd but a fence protects that area of the pond. Some thoughtful people carefully cut away a section of the chain link fence to allow the geese a door. I love that they added the sign!

Well, what a happy surprise!
Have a great day!
Hello,
It is a cute sign. But maybe the fence kept the geese safe and off the road. Wishing you a happy day!
Indeed a funny sign.
Oh my gosh, that is so cute. I love it.
That is nice.
How thoughtful of the person who cut the door, and provided the label.
Only true nature lovers would do this. ~(‾▿‾)~
Someone's wonderful idea to provide the babies with t=a door.

What nice humans.
Oh that made me smile Pat, hopefully the baby geese find it 💙
...I drove past a harvested soybean field today that had to have a thousand geese, it was amazing. So it looks like baby geese can read English! Thanks Pat for sharing.
