Downstream

This is a pic of the Humber River a little downstream from yesterday's cool dog. As you can see the river has shallow areas that make perfect spots for a dog to wade in and cool off. You can also see people moving along the trail on the other side. It is hard to believe that we are right in the middle of the city.

Interesting, beautiful place. Is it allowed to fish?

In 1954 things were different when Hurricane Hazel showed up and gave
the Humber River a beating. Just saying.

What a great place to get away from the hustle bustle without ever leaving the city.

Some of my most sublime and most terrifying experiences have been on rivers.
