The July theme for the City Daily Photo Blog community is Neighbourhood and for this one I am posting a pic of Draper Street which is found in the King St & Spadina Ave area. This block of cottages survived the almost total industrialization of the area and is now a heritage district. Recently many of the factories in the area have been torn down and condos constructed while others have been converted to lofts. It's good these homes are safe. The other side of the street without cars had a lot of trees hiding the homes. I'll show more tomorrow.

That looks like one of those streets I'd love to stroll on and enjoy the neighborhood feel.
Hello,
The homes look very nice, looks like a great neighborhood.
Have a great day!
Nice homes, but no off street parking, would deter me from buying one.
...a beautiful neighborhood that was established before the car became king!!!
This is a perfect theme for you as you shoot great neighborhood photos.
Nice beautiful homes in the neighborhood.
I would love to have a walk here on this road
Elegant little houses, love the brickwork. Sadly, so many of our old streets are these days filled up with cars. They weren't built with widespread car ownership in mind.
Lots of apartments side by side. Neighborly relations must be in order.
Cute cottages! They have great windows!
Thanks for sharing your lovely neighborhood, P
It's a lovely neighborhood.
Nice that this neighborhood has been saved.
Great neighbourhood shot.
Looks nice with those bay windows. A typical english architectural legacy.
Quite striking.
Se ve un buen barrio.
CuĂdate Pat.
Un abrazo
