Finished At Last

I showed you this laneway house under construction last September (HERE) and went by recently to see it finished. I quite like it. Because it is built out to the property line they are not allowed windows on the side but I think there are large skylights. It would be great to have a tour of the inside.

It's very attractive. It would be interesting to see the layout inside.

I hope they don't let those trees get too big!

It looks quite unusual.

Great house! Quite different than here. I have watched foreign building programs a lot, and there have been such houses. Inside they are big. Really narrow looking, and in a small space.

Reminds me of the tiny houses you see today. I like this, it's unique.

It looks a bit dark from the outside, but also nice and modern.

Most unique picture framing of those second story windows. It provides visual interest to a boxy building. Yes, I would love to see the inside.

Let's at least hope there are skylights. Otherwise, . . . well, it probably would feel like a cave inside, I would think.

It is quite something. Not to my taste, but infills are common these days.
