The young Red-tailed Hawks are still playing around on the construction crane near my place when the workers are gone. It certainly gives them a good view of their surroundings.

We have many Red Tail Hawks around here. I'm always delighted to see them soaring overhead. You took a fine photo of this bird, and I'm sure the bird also checked you out.
Hello,
Great capture of the Red-tailed Hawk, it looks like he has a great view.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. Take care, have a happy weekend.
It looks like he is enjoying this like playground equipment! lol What a great photo!
Beautiful bird. I'm sure they are a bit confused by all the construction.
Pigeons beware. Hawks love hanging out in the cities.
Pat there's nothing wrong with your spelling... Doug Henning is correct. :-)
I saw a hawk mixing it up with a mockingbird yesterday on a weathervane atop Colonial Williamsburg's courthouse. Quite entertaining! :-)
Awesome hawk! We saw today the western Marsh harrier (Circus aeruginosus)
Lucky Pat!
Great picture. That young bird is going to be puzzled when it finally sees a real tree.
Surveying the [urban] jungle.
Great photo!
A great perch.
That’s a cool shot!
Hello. Great photo. Beautiful hawk.
Maybe that hawk would want to drive a construction crane ;)
Very cute!!
Nice that the bird also looks for a background that does its name proud. Good shot again.
Wow. What a photo opportunity!
Se buscó un buen mirador. Gran foto Pat.
Un abrazo.
Up high. Right where they like it.
I am the protector!
